Grove Support

Grove is a cozy tree jigsaw puzzle game for iPhone. This page covers common support questions and how to get help.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Grove need an internet connection?

Grove is designed as an offline-first puzzle game. Core puzzle play, local progress, settings, and unlocked tree cards are stored on your device. App Store purchases, restoring purchases, Game Center, and review prompts may require Apple's services.

Where is my puzzle progress saved?

Progress is saved locally on your device by difficulty. Deleting the app can remove local saved progress and unfinished puzzle layouts. Game Center achievement data is managed by Apple.

How do I change difficulty?

Open Settings in Grove and choose Easy, Medium, Default, or Hard. Progress is tracked separately for each difficulty, so changing difficulty does not erase your progress on the others.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the purchase screen in Grove and use the restore purchases action. Restoring purchases uses your App Store account and may require a network connection.

Can I turn off sound or motion?

Yes. Grove Settings includes audio controls, reduced motion, higher contrast, text scaling, and other accessibility preferences.
